I'm currently waiting since january for a set of ep91 rails, they were bought off a jdm importer who people said were good

they are not answering calls or replying to emails!!
how should i go about resolving this properly as I'm furious atm

im not in the country so cant exactly call up to the company

A tidy email listing your rights under sale of goods and services act, the attempts you've made, the desired course of action you would like taken in a specified time frame. Failing this you will resort to the small claims court which is 15 quid if memory serves. I'd stay away from bad mouthing anyone as it never looks good and does little but make the situation worse.

If you can get them I be going down the route of a refund tbh, don't let it drag out anymore.
