Quick job of a sealant literally took 10 minutes to apply after washing and drying so will see how it holds up, suppose to last 8 months.
Is there anything IPA can't do!! One of the neighbours had there car scribbled on with marker during the night (windows mostly), a quick spray on a cloth and after a few wipes the car was clear of graffiti...should be a part of every detailing kit IMO
image.jpgSaturday I did some cutting on the mini with 3M fast cut then 2 coats of Autoglym super resin and some HD wax.
She won't be getting any TLC until after Xmas now as I'll be up to my eyes in nixers.
Joey try get at it again but with a final finishing polish and a finishing pad. The fast cut is aggressive so needs a finishing off so to speak
This will add the real depth to the paint but doesn look good
Gave it it's winter coat... Chemical guys Blacklight followed by collinite 476 then a coat of autoglym liquid sealant/gloss enhancer stuff. Excellent beading and lasts ages. Two washes on and it's 95% as good!
Got something a bit tastey to valet today. Very cool and uber rare.
Well it was yesterday but I finally got a chance to test out the new additions to my dteailing arsenal - underbody lances & a lance with a 45 degree nozzle.
The muck has nowhere to hide now!! lol
The big lance is useless! :crying: I'm going to cut a couple of inches off below the nozzle as at the minute its too long to even go under the car.
The lance with 45 degree nozzle is a real handy job. Great for doing wheel arches and can get in behind the wheel too.
