Why use Rain Repellent?

To be brutally honest i get the same effect from any of the quick detailers that i use, and it lasts just as long. It sheets off the window passengers are always amazed.

I tried RainX a couple of times and found it smeared when I did use the wipers. Am I doing it wrong, or is there something better out there?

If you apply it to a clean windscreen, wipe and leave for ten mins, then mist with clean water and buff. Shouldn't be hard work and shouldn't smear either.

I got stuff off super4 a few months ago and its great,better than rain x,can't remember the name,having a fiat van it came in handy as being a fiat the wipers packed in and I used that instead of replacing the wiper mechanism,used it from october until april with no wipers at all,,use it on the cars as well,should come free with every fiat as well as replacement trim!!!hate fiat,bastards....

I sent you Wax-Tec "Visor" which is a great glass cleaner and Hydrophobic sealant. I use this always now and have to say the products is very very good. If i'm not mistaken you used it on the house windows too .

With winter coming a product like this is a must, like the lads have said it saves on wiper usage for sure.
