    Insurance Question

    Hi All,
    I've just been told that my '99 e36 is too old to insure !
    Does anyone know where I can get a reasonable quote ?

    Had the same craic before from nearly every Insurance company in the land, Axa are the only crowd I could find that don't care what year your car is I even had a 92 golf insured with them.

    First Ireland classic policy with AIG cost about 340 euro and car is a 94

    They won't insure a 99 car because it's too old and I bet if you asked for classic insurgence they would say it's too young!

    I had a cheap 99 clio insured with 123.ie with no problems

    New rules came in only out a while 15yrs or older now have limited selection should be fun next year when mine turns 15

    Surely your current insurer still has to insure you no? They cant just refuse to renew your policy?
