    Ducati Multistrada S DVT

Nearly 18k km on it now. Not bad considering it's a weekend toy

I've had it for a bit more than a year.

I've been on and off about selling it a few times but can't bring myself to actually part with the thing.

In the year that I've owned it, it's been immensely reliable.

Running cost haven't been too bad.

    €600 on servicing
    €100 on oil between services
    €1000 on tyres

I was a bit pissed off when I discovered this.

It's the back of the exhaust. There was a rivet holding a build plate in it, the exhaust spat the rivet out, looks like it swung and caught the tyre. The dealer that I bought it off are refusing to do anything about it as it is 2 weeks out of its warranty. Very annoying for what is now a €3k exhaust. I'm sure I'll get it sorted.

Trying to twist Ducati's arm into letting me buy an extended warranty for if, by bike is technically not eligible but it would be great to get the 5 year warranty that's offered on new bikes, it's a €1000, a no brainer.
