Fairing for OEM Aero Roof Rack

    Hi all

Have a BMW aero roof rack fitted, with Thule bike racks that work brilliantly.

Looking to maybe get a fairing for the rack, but can't seem to find one that fits the oem bmw rack.

Anyone have any tips or know where i could find one?

Was waiting for an update on how you're getting on with the bike rack

Going to go down the same route myself as I'm sick of taking the bike apart to put on the back seat :surprised: and the pins in my pedals are not leather friendly :crying: as I've found out the hard way.... You'd imagine it would go in the boot of the 5 but no chance even with the wheels off

Is it awkward putting the bike up and taking it down off the roof ?

Very handy getting bikes on and off..literally takes 5 seconds to do, grab the bike by the forks and seat tube and lift it away.

Was using a rear bike mount on the back of a hatchback, but it was dodgy at any kind of speed...the Thule racks are very sturdy, up at 120 kmph on the M50 and no noise or anything with 2 bikes mounted.

Had a look alright, but all the posts on various forums say they don't fit OEM BMW aero racks.
