Not sure of the name, But from an image search it's owned by 'q20v' on bimmerforums.com (He's in Ottowa, Canada)
He was online earlier so worth signing up and shooting him a PM.
Actually bit more digging, (I love a challenge.)
It's a Zender and was on the car when he bought it.
Might be worth looking into if a Mk2 Granada or Mk4/5 Cortina one would fit? (Ford done lots of these in the 1970s/80s for most models)
