declaring a car off the road

lads, ive never done this before and dont know the process.
i want to take the m3 off the road for the winter, how do i go about doing it?

You can do it online on motortax.ie

You'll need your renewal pin. Just select 12 months off the road to cover yourself and you can break it whenever you want and tax it from the 1st of the month you put it back on the road.
