e39 seat fitmet

Going to have tons of questions for a while.. So another one.

Will all e39 seats phyiscally fit in all e39 versions

New seats are very tired and sets seems to be cheap so was jist going to replace.. Mine is a standard e39 pre facelift. Can i put any version of the seat from any e39 in her?

The only difference will be block connectors under the seats yellow or black pre and post facelift easy fix though just a matter of swapping over the plugs
