    Auto to manual conversion

Hi lads, as some mite know I got a 325i engine, box, loom, ecu, during the week and received it Friday from courier. Only today to notice that the loom on the engine is an automatic.? So now where do I stand.? Will it not start for me when I have it all plumped up and plugged into the ecu as there is the secondary plug with nowhere to go.? Any one come across this.? I'm fairly pissed at the moment as the breaker I baught it off were supposed to be a fairly good reputable crowd and never mentioned anything about sending me an auto after paying good money.
So does anyone know is there a easy quick way around gettin the auto out of the way or is a job for an auto electrician or is a whole new loom

Have you got a copy of WDS, the wiring diagram system? It might help you get to the root of the solution to,your current problem.
