Would you really want your car back after it was stolen though? It could be ragged to within an inch of its life. Having said that a good few years ago my day's VW Golf was stolen, it was recovered 6 days later with a full tank of diesel & cleaned! :huh:
Cops reckoned or was parked as a getaway car or a switch car or something, not a finger print to be found, not even my dad's, that's how clean it was.

I know what you mean. If my own car was stolen, or even crashed, I wouldn't want to keep it tbh.
