E46/E90 3 series saloon

I've a friend looking for a late E46 or early E90 3 series saloon petrol. Cash buyer with no trade in or any of that messing. He's also open to an Audi A4 petrol.

Any ideas? Better yet, know of anything out there for sale? Any pitfalls to be wary of? 318/320 is his preference - no frills/reliable motoring is all he's after
