Would make sense for them to actually test drivers on motorway driving - say a year after they get their licence, they have to do another test so they can remove their 'N Plates'.
Motorway, night, and skid pad or something.

Im not going to condone the driving on the video which was fairly reckless to other road users.But it does look like he can handle the car and the noise from the v8 on the down shifts now really makes me want a e92 m3.
