WANTED: iPhone 4s or 5s

My iPhone4 is falling to bits so Im looking for a small upgrade!

Ideally looking for a 4s, but would take a 5s (price depending). Don't mind a few scratches on the cover or screen, but must be working 1000%.
Preferably unlocked, or on the 3 network.

Phone 3 and whinge about your phone and say your switching to someone else to get a free phone ,I did and they gave me a new phone
