E70 Bluetooth Module

The Bluetooth module in my X5 has packed up and I cant seem to find the matching part number module on Ebay anywhere.
I was told I need a MULF 2 module and the module part number on the one I have is 8758-1879.
Does anyone know would the module on the link below work as the module itself and connectors are identical to mine and its MULF 2 but the part number is different?:

Just removed it there, is a standard ULF 9177754, don't think it will be of any use!

So just to update this, I bought the module above on Ebay and fitted it but while it seems to be talking to the jeep alright and coming up on the screen I still cant get it to talk to my phone, as in I cant pick it up on the phone.

Would anyone know should it need to be coded to the car before I can pick it up or should it be plug and play once I change the module?
