I have front brake setup from my 330Cd for sale if anyone is interested.
The pads have about 50% left and the discs have a slight lip. Discs are OEM and are 2.5-3 years old. Calipers are working perfectly and come with the OEM pads and brake lines.

Yes, 330 brakes are a nice upgrade for E36 models. But please be aware you will need to work around the hand brake problem. 330 brakes hubs are larger in diameter, therefore E36 handbrake shoes are not large enough to work properly. You will need get larger shoes or weld the top of E46 shoes onto the E36 ones.
These are only the front brakes so handbrake issue does not apply
