    NEW WITH E46 BRAKE PROBLEMS

    HI LADS,
    NEWBIE FROM CORK HERE. RECENTLY BOUGHT A 2004 316 1.8 E46 BMW.I BOUGHT IT WITH BRAKE PROBLEMS.THE PEDAL IS ROCK HARD ALL THE TIME AND THE YELLOW HANDBRAKE LIGHT ASWELL AS THE TRIANGLE LIGHT IN THE DASH.THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAD IT WITH THE DEALER WHO REPLACED ABS PUMP SERVO MASTER CYLINDER AND VACUUM PUMP HOSE AND STILL DIDNT SORT THE PROBLEM.I REPLACED THE MASTER CYLINDER AGAIN JUST INCASE AND STARTED TO BLEED THE BRAKE REAR TO FRONT.STARTED GETTING A SLIGHT PEDAL BLEEDING THE REAR AND AS SOON AS I TOUCHED THE FRONT CALIPERS THE PEDAL WENT ROCK HARD AGAIN.ANY IDEAS

    needs vacuum pump at the back of the head to sort hard pedal . for ABS lights need to do diagnostics ,could be pressure sensors if they have replaced ABS pump

    Thanks for the ideas lads.the vacuum pipe is brand new and the vacuum pump was changed and the old pump had no wear at all.as for diagnostics its saying the same thing abs module brakes which was changed.its like an on going jigsaw puzzle or a never ending black hole also the mastercylinder was done with the sensors the odds of the four sensors being gone is hopefully not my luck

    Could this be the wheel speed sensor that I had a problem with I wonder? May have been replaced with non meyle cheaper part?

    Abs light is not on and would not cause pedal to be hard
