    E46 318ci - Head Gasket, CCV, M43B19

ey guys. I have the opportunity to purchase a 2000 BMW 318ci. It's a car that has been parked up for a while due to what is apparently a bad head gasket.

I went to see the car today and found a couple of interesting things. The car did start and was just puring clouds of white smoke out of the exhaust. I pulled the spark plugs and all 4 were clean and dry. I also saw that the coolant level was decent however the car was low on oil.

It also seemed to have all of it's power ao I'm thnking that the head gasket/head might actually be ok. I was thinking the CCv system might be bad and that's why I'm here. Obviously it's not easy to tell without seeing the car but any help is appreciated.

Either way I am buying the car as the price is very good even if I have to part it out.

Also there is no sign of oil in the coolant or vice versa. Thanks!
