oil heating problem

having a problem with my oil heating
its firing but when it does the water comes out the over flow of the hose and no rads get hot. any ideas or know anyone that could help?

yep pump is working. the pipe going in at the bottom is cold tho and top one is hot

I wouldn't say it's working so. I would have thought it should be warm both sides if water was passing through it.
