E46 318 Red Leather interior

Done a bit of reading online but no real concrete answer.

Was it simply an option available or been retrofitted, or is thee anyway of finding out? It's more curiosity than anything.

There's a few red leather colours in the BMW colour palate. Oxblood and Indianapolis read are two red leather colours that I know of.

Turns out I have STANDARDLEDER/TANINROT (N6TD)

SoSo im guessing that's red leather from factory.
