New K@N air filter fitted

Next was leaking diff side shaft seal

Other very common problem on these cars ,rusty and sticky turbo actuator
Lot people say only new turbo can sort this problem ,but we there confirmed that this can be done on car and we did our best to sort this without spending fortune
Rusty actuator shaft was so bad that it broke apart ,so we needed to drill out left in rusty and broken part and release completely stuck actuator arm in turbo and its arm
So the fun begun

Old part is out

Old and new actuator

After over an hour heat ,spray and play ,heat spray and play we made it move free as new https://vimeo.com/146710444
Fitted and adjusted with new part

Ready for joy
