I have one of these for sale. It's a genuine launch tool. It's still in the box in the protective plastic although it has been used a few times.

It will do all of the major manufacturers up to around 2013 and will do some of the older JDM models. It's as good a machine as you'll but for the money. I can post it to cork at 15 euro extra.

I dont mind, bank transfer is best for me but I can do paypal if you like. The machine is late 2014 / early 2015 so its as up to date as you will get.
