Engine block and head machining

Hi lads, just looking for info on machining of my engine block and head.
Have the m50 stripped down now for a turbo build (have build thread in project cars section) and just wondering on rough prices and time lines of any past experiences that ye had with getting a job done.

I'll be getting the head skimmed, valves and seats cleaned up and what needs replacing will be replaced.

As for the block will I also need to skim it as I will with the head.?
I'll be running same size Pistons so there'll be no change to the cylinders as for Piston wise.

Apart from that will anything else need doing.?

Just want to do this once and get the same person for the whole job so he knows what's going on and what's been done me needs to be done.

Send Kdevitt or erikas a pm. Both have had similar work done. As far as I know it's cheap enough but all adds up quickly.

Cool man I will thinking of boring out the block and using 8:5:1 87mm Pistons, not 100% sure yet tho il have to see how the funds are
