ok so have the car booked in for 4 wheel alignment tomorrow morning.

Reading up on it i guess my front and rear camber and toe are adjustable. as well as my dampers on my coilovers

I'm looking to get it set up to use on the occasional track day over the next few months as well as my daily commute

just wonder is the stock settings the best or is there anything better. having a search online and someone recommends this

Front
Camber: -2.0 to 2.5 deg (per side)
Toe: 0.10 total toe (or 0.10 to 0.20 deg total toe in for mostly highway driving)

Rear
Camber: -1.5 to -2 deg (per side)
Toe: 0.20 total toe in (IIRC this is 1/8" total toe in)

or for track

Camber: -3.5 deg per side
Toe: 0 (0.10-0.20 total toe out for autox)

Rear
Camber: -2.0 to -2.5 deg per side
Toe: 0.20 total toe in (IIRC this is 1/8" total toe in)

any else add to this ? and also give me a idea about my damper settings ? i know the standard e36 dont have adjustable camber but i have camber top plates

thanks
