e90 or e92 m3

E90 for me as a I always think the 4 door looks more subtle Q car. Same goes for the E36 M3, would prefer the 4 door.

As Andy said the e90 for the Qcar appeal but I think you can't beat a really clean coupe in the right colour with one or two tasteful mods

E90 all the way for me too . suppose its the rarity of them is why I love em . You cant drive anywhere these days without passing E92 M3 at this stage they are as common as bmw 530d

No contest in the looks department IMO.

The E90 is better proportioned and therefore shows off the flared arches and agressive stance better.

Coupé here, the more door...well lets just say I've plenty years left yet before I would consider one. I've been a 2 door kinda guy since I started driving/buying cars. I don't see that ending anytime soon. That one posted above is bloomin gorgeous though!
