Currently with 103k miles on the clock!
Own it just over 3 years now, bought at 63k miles, and touch wood, its never missed a beat. My 2nd E39, having previously owned a 523i. That one went a bit sour, but knew there was something about the E39 - fantastic car!
Not really done a whole lot to it to be honest, except the usual servicing and trying to find the time to keep it clean!
Refurbed the wheels which were in a shocking state when I bought it - Wheel Wizards, did a great job
Changed the chrome grills to black
Upgraded to HID with 35W Canbus Pro and replaced the yellow bulbs of the angel eyes to give a fresher looking white white from the lights.
UK car originally, imported by pervious owner in 2007 and Im the 3rd owner on it.
Above average spec on it, but nothing outstanding!
