People on roundabouts drive me mad lately,the amount that dont know how to use them is unbelievable and the amount that dont indicate at all when going right around it drives me nuts,they must expect you to read there mind.and its causing extra traffic build up because people are hesitating more at entry and are waiting until there is no cars on the roundabout to proceed.
In this case i would say the red is clearly in the wrong as if your going right on a roundabout its good practice to be in the right lane.although from looking at the pic i can see where there would be confusion, if you look at the yellow section there is two lanes there,so in this roundabout where is the need for them two lanes on that section as there is no 4th exit on the right hand side of the pic. Im assuming this is because the roundabouts are all built to a certain spec and could be there to allow the possibility of a 4th exit?
