Known N55 engine issues?

I'm wondering if anyone knows of issues with the N55? Moving to a twin scroll single turbo has the wastegate issue been eliminated? The likes of injectors been sorted etc etc

All I can see online is there was some recall on half a million engines for some vanos bolt.
