E36 M3 Mirrors Vs E36 SE Mirrors

I love the look of the m3 version but to be honest I find them horrible to use when actually driving.

The reverse is true also.

What are your thoughts and which is better?

Found similar I put a set of genuine ones on my e36 and removed them soon after as the square mirror looked better with the square shape of the car visibility is poor too

I've always had M3 mirrors but I would agree visibility is pretty poor from them. It's a shame there are so many poor quality reps of them

Agree with above, I do like both but visibility is poor from the M3 ones! I think I'll hold on to both just to have the choice

never had the m3 ones but imo they look shit anyway. prefer the oem ones.

Standard mirror are 100% better and suit some e36 better.

But would only change my m3 mirrors for these.

Hate them even on an M3
Most likely because they are such an over done mod on all platforms not just BMW

I would tolerate them on an M3 byt I really dislike them

Standard all the way , m3 mirrors have poor visibility but hey with 300HP on tap there won't be many cars filling the mirrors to look at

have oem M ,use them to get in very narrow gates at my place and dont have any problems ,like the look and how they fitted .even if they are hitted down in Mondello by some idiots ,they just clip back without any problems :P and aerodynamics of course
