I couldn’t agree less. I’d a desperate experience with them and found a complete “computer says no” attitude from the customer service team. I would have spent thousands with them over the years but haven’t used them once since!

Micks garage ships slow, and reccomends part for your car that dont fit your car. I actively avoid them unless its for oil or some non urgent parts that they cannot get wrong, but even then opening the box is a worry.

My experience it is lower tier parts, you get what you pay for. If they stocked more reputable brands I'd reconsider, but is normally cheap shite when it come to BMWs.

I always get my filters when I am doing a service from Micks garage and its usually 1 - 2 day delivery times. Never had an issue.
