    front passenger seat adjuster e60/e61

    Hi Lads
quick question in relation to the forward and back adjustment on the passenger side seat.

the seat was really difficult to move for weeks (turned out to be a sun glasses case jamming the seat) as a result of the difficulty in moving the handle seems to be disconnected from inside so when u pull on the handle it does nothing.
has anyone come across this before is the adjuster serviceable or do i need to just get a replacement

    thanks in advance
    Gav

Had the same problem with my old e36 awhile back, turned out to be a cable dislodged from the back of the handle. Might be the same issue with your seat assuming it is manual and not electric.

thanks mate ill give that a try makes sense cos it feels as if the handle is working fine but no resistance which would probably come from the cable

Seat out is the best way to have a good look.
