Found this the other day, great mod to do on your E46 as it gives you cruise control as well as radio functions via the steering wheel. All you need is a set of buttons to suit your steering wheel.

No, different kit, it's just due to different locations of ecus you need to get feeds from, I.e different lengths of wiring.
