    Taxing a van????

My e60 isnt really suiting the sites that I'm working on so I will be getting a caddy van as soon as the cooper s sells. Is there any way of getting the comercial tax on the van without a vat number???

    Johny.

So I thought you had to be self employed not necessary be vat registered or get a letter from ur employer saying that you are going to use it for work only.

You'll need a goods only declaration signed by a Guard, You'll also need a Tax Clearance cert or letter from employer staring you need a van for work. That's the official way but all depends who's behind the counter on the day.
