E46 320d it sounds like have blow off valve

After fixing all vacuum pipes I've noticed that
My car sounds like having blow off valve
When accelerating and release gas pedal I can hear
Sounds whoosh like blow off valve.
Car accelerating fine without problems when accelerating normally

Not sure if there is anything wrong there.

I have electronic actuator not vacumm operated EU4

Actuator or turbo fault .might be both
