Just throwing this out there to see who would be interested in replacing their worn out gearknob or simply looking to change style or do an illuminated retro-fit?

Schmiedmann offer shift knobs at good prices however they're shipping can be hefty when its just one being sent on its own. For example shipping and packaging on a single gearknob is €26.22. However if people get in on it together then shipping can be as low as €1.54 each. Once here they shall be posted out via An Post standard, registered can be done at additional cost. See below example table :


SHIPPING QTY's / COST :

5x shift knobs = €5.24 each
10x shift knobs = €2.93 each
15x shift knobs = €2.36 each
20x shift knobs = €1.91 each
25x shift knobs = €1.74 each
30x shift knobs = €1.54 each


So as you can see there is quite a bit to be saved by all buying together. This is not limited to a particular type of shift knob, all who feel their cars interior could do with a freshen up are welcome aboard. Do bare in mind the shipping rates will change ever so slightly dependent on the total weight of various gearknob order as all shift knobs are not the same weight.


1. The above price chart was based on Genuine BMW illuminated shift knob with wiring harness.

2. One Illuminated shift knob with harness kit shipped on it own would be €154.00, if shipped on a 10 item order it would only cost €128.08. SAVING €25.92

3. One Illuminated shift knob with harness kit RRP here is €182.00, so if you miss out on this you can still order one on its own later on and save €28.00

Hi guys are you all happy for this to run until the end of the month so as to try and get maximum numbers? I have also just posted it on E30Owners.com
