American style fridge freezers.

Happy new year guys. Prob some sore heads in here today.

A great start to the new year in our house with our fridge freezer throwing in the towel after 9 years or so.

Anyway leaving aside the possibility of fixing the old one and purchasing budgets I am hoping to see what american style fridge freezers other cutters have.

So far I have decided on a fischer paykel but I have seen some reviews online that are nagging at me.

Then there is the consideration of samsung , LG and even beko. Some of the beko actually look really good.

Are the more expensive fridges that much better than a beko for example? Researching this online is difficult because there is always bad reviews on everything.

So what have you got and would you recommend it? How long have you had it and any issues?

Beko are catastrophic pieces of shit.

Samsung are about the best value.

LG are ok, reasonably similar to Samsung, Samsung customer service is outstanding.

The fisher and paykel are really nice but I thought they were 800mm wide, not 900mm

Agree 100% about Bell and Samsung
I don't know about Fisher & Paykel though.
