E36 Remote Key

Does anyone know the best way and best thing to get to get a remote key for an e36?

I am most definitely wrecking the barrell on the door locking and unlocking all the time. That and it is so damn tedious when on the e46 it was soooo handy.
All the google results have been a bit pants. I want to do something tidy. All the aftermarket keys look shite

i got a key from lock doctor for my e46 for 80 euros they should be able to do a e36 key

Not the expensive from main dealer for e36 from what I remember

Really? So they setup the sensor in the car and provide a remote key?

Oh I thought you were just looking for a replacement key. Not sure if your car doesn't already have remote locking

Are you just looking for central locking to be fitted so you dont have to use the key? or are you after OEM set up?

Any alarm business can add in central locking motors to work with an alarm.

My cousin fits alarms if you want to talk to him

Okay, let me justify. If I put my key in the passenger or driver door and turn to unlock, all doors unlock. Does this mean that this car just needs a remote key to be programmed?
(Sorry if this sounds dumb)

Ronan all you need is to get something like what I have on the L200 which is remote central locking as JohnC said above. I'll send you an insta message with pics now.

Lads I totally forgot... I have an OEM BMW siren sitting in my glovebox and a flashing LED hiding in the centre console
