Squeak from car on start up

Getting a squeel/squeak from the car on start up for a second or two in line with the rpms (like that sound you hear on most vans in Ireland ) anyone know if the serpintine belt on its own causes this or it more likely to be the little roller tensioner pulleys

I did change the belt a few years ago never done the small air-con one though as it just slipped my mind at the time

Any ideas ?

Sounds like the tension on the belt is a little off and needs adjustment.
