Tyre recommendations

Currently running a set of Hancook Evo V12s on my R53 CooperS - they feel fine in the dry but in the wet they feel a bit greasy and on uneven surfaces in the wet they definitely do not inspire confidence.

What would people recommend as an alternative?

Super sports, have them the last 12k miles, plenty left on the rears and savage grip. They don't like the cold though, but I guess thats the same for all summer tyres. Well worth the money.

Agreed highly recommended, shop around as prices on them do vary

super sports,you need all the grip you can understeer.

I concur about the Supersport but they feel a bit spongy on initial turn in but the grip is there and the wear rate is excellent. I've had mine for years. But there is now a replacement for the Supersport tyre.
