I have a 2012 f10 520d with the performance power kit.
I'm running on 18" with runflats
I'm looking to upgrade the brakes.
Should I get larger discs? If so what type/size.
Or should I get better pads?
Or upgrade the hoses ?
Or all of the above..
I'll be getting the brake fluid changed during the summer.

Braided hoses and upgraded pagid pads would be a good start. F10 are heavy on front pads judging by the brake dust on every F10 around.
You could upgrade to the bigger 525d/530d discs but it's probably overkill.
Do you have issues with the current ones? What tyres are you using?

Running Bridgestone potenzas at the moment, but will be changing to Pirelli p7 centuro.
I wouldn't rate Pagids at all.

Do i need bigger discs ? they seem quite large for a 520 !
If i was just to upgrade the pads (and possibly the hoses) what pads would you recommend?
(A ceramic would be handy for keeping the rims clean)

tbh, apart from pads and upgraded lines I'd leave it alone unless you go the whole hog and get a proper BBK.
Haven't done anything yet.
Just want to have my ducks in a row, before I commit to anything.
Also waiting for the warranty to expire, before making changes.
