Insurance won't cover me

Mrs D's renewal out this week for the e91 Touring (an SE). Quote from the same company that she's been with for a few years was up about €250 (or about 40%) on the same car last year (she's had it for 6 years). She's maturing gradually (despite her obvious resemblance of Petra Pan, Hi dear ) and the 2 points she was carrying around in her handbag dropped off during the year just gone. Needless to say there will be a bit of shopping around done.

I and a few others I know have had luck with the AA - worth checking for a quote anyway. They were by far the cheapest I found last year but went up this year so I shopped around a little also

Funny enough the AA were the highest by over 1000 when I was getting quotes last year
