E36 saloon/touring

Ideally I need a car I can just get in and drive, had a bad accident at work which leaves me with one workable hand for the time being.
I can't believe how these cars have gotten so thin on the ground still no joy with one.

One of the few going down in price, owner just wants a quick sale so. Yes a bit of a pita that the starter needs doing but once sorted its a cheap touring that could be made into something very nice with not a lot of effort. Also as Obriener stated these are indeed going up in price and were never as common as coupes, cabrio's etc. A good saloon is also hard found.

Starter should be €120-€130 labour plus starter motor.

Bump. My 330d is dead unfortunately, so the search is on. Seen the usual on DD/adverts with no avail. Budget 2k, must have NCT or at least a fail sheet.

Yeah I seen that, it is one smashing car but well out of my price range at the moment.
