Key one side of it, say needs some tidying in the ad and mention that "these cars are going up in money of late future classic" and it should make twice the price.

Future classic is key to closing a sale even if it's a classic already make them feel like they have to work for it.

Haha very good. Oh and then make reference to the history of the E30 in a manner that suggests people looking at the ad are hearing about the E30 for the first time and somehow intimating that this and an M3 share the same lineage.
