Why not just swap your interior over and pay the difference.

I bought a door (E39) from the guy and he's a gent to deal with.I saw that alright, was extremely tempted to call and ask but I don't want to be that guy that asks to break a bit of his car for one person
I was kinda thinking, just buy the whole car, swap out your interior into his then flip the car again - or do like Dave suggested, even better
Odds of getting the M5 interior in the colour / combo of choice is fairly slim otherwise I'd imagine. Love what your doing with the 540 by the way

It might work out to be the cheapest way you'll get an interior like that in such good condition. Even if you let the car go for a song afterwards.
He's willing to split the interior anyway, for quite reasonable money I think, need to sort out my funds!
