As Dave stated above, Autoline will quote a 15 year old M3 on a classic policy. Here's the website: https://www.autoline.co.uk/car/classic-vehicle/
I got a quote a few weeks ago for my 2002 M3. It was €730 for 5000 miles a year.

Is there a option to go higher with the mileage as running two cars wasn't really what I was looking for.
I have my e36 and rx7 insured as classic. E36 is my daily. No other primary policy. Nothing sneaky on my half. First Ireland in fact offered it as they knew I wouldn't pay 2200 for a standard policy.
1995 and 1991 so plenty old. A 2003/04 M3 might not yet be considered a classic in one sense which is why it would need a primary policy.
Fbd wanted 3400 this year for a full year when renewal came up
Upto now, only Brigg transferring it over from my other cars for the summer.
It's 15 now so probably get it insured as a classic in the spring as I have a Defender and X5 for everyday... Might even try insure the X5 as classic too as only really drive that in the winter or weekends or going somewhere where I don't want to take the Landrove
