how hard is it to remove e36 front wings

It's not hard at all. But don't ask me how as it was a few years ago I did mine

few bolts under bonnet ,the last ones 2 ,which holds bonnet ,need to remove or sometimes just to release and pull out the wing from under bonnet bracket.remove side skirt if she has them,two bolts under car body .remove plastic under wing,two bolts between wing inside part and car body.and few bolts in front wing part on the bottom ,between wing lower part and bumper ,there wing joins the front panel

there is 2 bolts by the door as well. just open the door fully and you will see them.

The ones that will give you an issue are the the ones under the car that attach the bottom of the wing. The car can have a tendancy to appear to have swallow these or at least seem that way. Gravity is your friend though
