So last Wednesday my blower stopped blowing any air at all on any speed, replaced the FSU Friday night with a Hella/Behr and all was working perfect again, go out to the car tonight and back to the same issue, no air being blown at all, was working perfect earlier. Is it a faulty FSU or a bigger issue elsewhere?

Update to this, replaced the blower motor, no luck. Only kicks on once the car has been running/driving for 30 mins or so and is restarted maybe an hour later. Once it's on it responds perfectly to the HVAC sane. Thinking I may have a duff FSU and trying to get my hands on am OEM one from a friend to test.
