    Wanted - e46 m3

Recently signed up here after I was directed from another forum.

Currently on the hunt for an e46 m3 and there's nothing currently advertised that is catching the eye.

Spec wise I'm not overly picky as long as its a manual and coupe.

Basically it's a good honest car I'm after with some decent history.

If you own or know of any cars that might fit the bill I'd be delighted to hear about them here or via PM.

    Cheers, Keith

Welcome along Keith. Some lovely examples on here so hopefully you’ll get lucky and find someone looking to sell. Probably worth mentioning your budget, as good e46 M3s are extremely hard to find and won’t cone cheap I doubt.

Agreed, better to spend now on something that’s already had the subframe assessed/re-informed etc than having to go at it yourself on a cheaper car.

Budget is flexible depending on the car.

€11k is a rough guide on what I'd like to spend, but at the same time if there are cars that may be for sale above or below that budget I'd be interested.

I have toyed with the idea of importing one but the uncertainty around VRT at the moment has put me of the idea. No doubt the car above looks well cared for!

I’d say that’s on the low side. A decent car wil more likely cost €12k+ and it’ll still need a few grand spent on it in the first 6 months to address age related issues.

Appreciate the input although for now I'll hope that something might pop within budget.
With that said I'd be keen to hear of any leads to cars that may be for sale out there and I'll be better placed to see where I feel the value is.

    Hi Vanstring,
    I have a 2001 E46 2L coupe with an M3 interior...any interest?

Edit: should have mentioned it does need work, it's misfiring.
