Can have all the rules in the world but..... see Ken's post.
It lasts for a while. Then there's a reason for having to give them something and it spirals out of control slowly but surely!!

The back of the wife's (family mobile) is reminiscent of lansdowne road after a match come Friday evening, how kids manage to produce such havoc is beyond me. Picking raisins out of the most unusual places!! Jammed into that seat belt reciever for example!

A few years ago one of my Mrs' friends told her a story. The friend's husband was driving through town and gave their kid a cookie to keep them quiet in the back of the car. The kid started choking on the cookie and so he found himself on Pearse St in rush hour trying to stop the kid turning blue.
After that it was my Mrs who banned eating & drinking in the car!

There’s a wealth of knowledge/experience on here and not just about cars

Will be sure to quote that story in due course.

This is great since I know nothing about babies

Any reason you can’t have a coupé if you have a baby?

Tried it with a newborn in an Audi A3 3-door. It got old very quickly. Within weeks it was sold for a Passat... if you are in any way pre disposed to back pain then its just not worth it.

And big +1 for leather interior... you won’t believe the mess they create.
