Would it be worth approaching the likes of DaveG?

If I were doing it I would want sub frame, exhaust, diff, drive shaft, all linings etc dropped and I'd want it done by someone who is competent enough to put it all together properly.

And honest enough to point out any rust they find and tell you to stop and fix that first rather than sealing it in.
